Your koyilandi branch don't allow me to code my gold loan account though my sb account no.[protected] having fund enough to close the account on the pretext of restrictions of banking activities due to covid 19. I understand that gold closing activity is performing all other nationalised banks in this area of koyilandy. I am very in need of my ornaments.
