Corporation Bank — money did not receive from the atm

Dear sir / madam
Today 8. May.2019 at 7.45 pm i tried to withdraw money of 5000 rupees from corporation bank atm, but amount is debited from my account and i have received the message as 5000 rupees debited from my account. But i did not receive the money from atm machine and i received the slip with the error response code 4100. Kindly help me with this issue.

Trasaction failed on april 5th rs 5000, but amount not yet credited to my account

trasaction made with google pay on april 5th rs5000 corp bank to canara bank account, the trasaction was failed but amount debited in my accont, bt not yet be refunded the trasaction id was 909514919588 .please solve my problem
