Corporation Bank — Poor ATM Services

Hello, There are very less number of ATMs of Corporation bank and most of the time the atms are not working properly, forcefully i need to withdraw from other banks, and for this they are charging some 23 bucks all the time. Is this the way to earn more money from customers. I request you to provide a minimum number of WORKING atms in each cities covering most areas. Please take urgent action on this. Regards
