Corporation Bank — purchased through amazon and same item returned to amazon and refund amount is not reflected in bank account

I purchased through amazon and same item returned to amazon and refund amount is not reflected in bank account

Amazon given reference number #[protected]. This number generated on 13.08.2019.
Now on 15.09.2019 writing here, contacted too many times with amazon customer service and bank executive.
Got a mail from bank that no transaction pending on the same reference number. And amazon customer service representative adviced to raise a complain against bank so that they can help and amount will credit in my account.
Amazon account is operated by my mother nikhat parveen and amount paid from my account sumaiya sajid holding account in corporation bank.
