Corporation Bank — Refund not processed till now

Flipkart has already refunded the money so many days ago but still not a single amount came into my corporation bank account. Please check these refund reference numbers and amount details:

Called Flipkart and they are saying the seller processed the money. check with your branch and file a dispute charge. I contacted to branch (RT Nagar, bangalore -32) also but they did not help me. I sent an email to the corporation bank but no response. Do not know what to do to get the money.
