Cosmicbyte — Faulty Product in 1 month and Pathetic service from Cosmic Byte customer service.

Ordered the keyboard a month ago and recently a few days back Led light on 1 row started flickering. I updated them that I have a flight to catch and need an immediate replacement but these guys are pathetic, not responding timely on emails, their toll-free number is dead every single time I call with different numbers. I have a flight on the 12th and I submitted them faulty keyboard on the 6th evening as per FedEx courier[protected]. I had already called but did not respond on 29th Sept, after 2 days they respond with their process of replacement. I showed them videos, pictures everything but these guys are probably not so professional or don't have enough knowledge of their own product. A smart individual would have guessed the problem and would have initiated replacement but their customer service is lame, and probably their technical staff. Because even after receiving the product 24 hours ago, they are responding now saying that we received your product. What the hell is going on, were they blind in receiving the product. Their product is such cheap and 3rd grade low-quality crappy product which started giving issue within 1 month and the customer service is lazy.
