Council For The Indian School Certificate Examinations [Cisce] — Complaint about a school

My student is a grade XII ISC student of L'ecole Chempaka, Silver Oaks, Trivandrum, Kerala. As per the announcement made by the board, school is supposed to conduct the pre board examination between end March and April. But, the school is conducting the pre board on February last week though they still have pending portions. My child is finding it really hard to cope up with the pressure of studies.
