Council For The Indian School Certificate Examinations [Cisce] — I have wrong d o b on my 10th marksheet (Certificate)

I have different d o b in my 10th marks sheet
And actual date of birth is 22 and in my 10 certificate there is 23.
Now i have many problems regarding this, i can't able to take pasport
Kindly help me regarding this. I had passed my 10 in 2011.
Please help me. My gauested certificate have[protected].
I want this date in my 10th certificate.
