Council For The Indian School Certificate Examinations [Cisce] — More than 20 %Increase in fees in pandemic

Address:Vasant Vihar school thane west

Hi team,

I am Sachin from Thane, (Mumbai) would like to complain about the school not only demanding fees but have also increased school fees this year by more than 20% from that of the last year,
Everyone is going through tough times in pandemic and try to manage expenses and the private schools under ur affiliation are asking us to pay the hiked fee and too with a demand to pay it quarterly. With schools shut and no extra initiative taken they have straightaway increased about approx 800 rupees per month that comes to 9600 more this year for a single ward.

This is nothing but looting the public and schools no longer have motive to provide education but run a business to earn money by forcing parents to pay money as per their whims and fancy with no distribution of fer structure.

Would kindly like you to intervene and lay strict rules about not increasing fee till the world gets back to its normal routine and that too with a rule of increasing fee as per council laid guidelines and not what the school administration feels like
