Dear Sir/Madam, We got to know from our school that we need to pay Rs 4, 500/- as ICSE 10th Examination fee. This is more than 100% hike in fees considering it was charged Rs 2, 000/- until last year. Would like to know why there's sudden increase in examination fees especially during this pandemic situation where people have lost their jobs. The actual fees for the ICSE Examination is ₹1, 500. Schools charge extra fees for stationery expenses, electricity, etc.
