This is regarding our membership at country club dated 19.11.15 vide membership no # CVKK37CLUB210903. During our visit to your country club at Rajarhat City Center-2 Kolkata, your sales executive promised a lot for providing free accommodation (only taxes of Rs.2000/-) facility at different places across the world of country club.
We paid Rs. 50000/- from our Axis bank debit card for membership fees. After getting my membership login id and password we checked our country vacation account. These are few points we would like to share with you
1) We found that facilities are not provided as per commitment given by your sales representative.
2) Many of places are pre-occupied and booking of other places are subject to additional charges including charges of meal with a very high rate.
3) We are not able to select the holidays as per our convenient dates rather we are forced to choose as per the dates remains free for reservation.
4) All these things were not pre-defined and was kept hidden from us.
Our membership is not a single day (24 hour) over. We have not received membership card also. Even we have not taken any facility from your side. So you are requested please cancel our membership and refund my full money back in our a/c as early as possible.
