Country Vacations — Promised to sell my membership in written country vacations letter head but not selling it

Country vacations gave a written statement when I took membership for rs 65000 they said they will resale the membership again after 1 year for 1 lakh 30000. However now they not only refused to sell, but sending amc due messages.

I have purchased membership only based on their assurance that they will help to resale membership for more money.
