I have following concern from CV/CCIL as per our discussion with
Sukanya during taking CV/CCIL membership, that I want to clarify
from CV/CCIL sales and service team.
1. I was supposed to get 6 Nights 7 Days + 6 Nights 7 Days holiday
for maximum 10 person package every year for continuously 5 years, and
that can be used in multiple time split mode as per my vacation
requirement. And it will be carry over to next year if not utilised.
Concern :
But during our last year 2014 for Goa trip booking CV/CCIL team book
for only 2 Nights 3 Days for four member(myself, wife, father and
mother) and also they charge Rs 4000/- for two room booking each Rs
2000/- for service tax for The Royale Assagao.
Now I don't have any vacation available from last year, when I spoke
to help desk they told only 6 nights 7 days allocated for two person
and they spilt it for 2 night 3 days for 4 person vacation so no
morebooking available.
2. I was supposed to pay only TAXES (maximum Rs.400 to Rs. 700)for every booking and there was
no communication related to AMC from Sukanya.
Concern :
Now I can see pending AMC Rs. 10624/- and for last trip I paid Rs 4000/- extra.
With this amount around Rs. 1, 30, 000(Rs. 70, 000/- + 10, 624(AMC) + TAX ) I could have got 6 night
7 days very good trip anywhere in INDIA for five years with COMPLIMENRTY ALSO.
3. During taking CV/CCIL product Sukanya & Uday (Sales team) they told we will get 6 Night 7 Days
bonous vacation every year and that vacation you can use any time during year but now there is
restriction that we can use that between April to September.
4. During taking CV/CCIL membership we got coupon for 6 Night 7 Days but when I tried booking through that it was not valid.
5. After a lot of comlaint I got SPA coupon after one and half year but if I want to use that I need to pay Rs 350 extra.
6. Regarding Flight Ticket Booking it was communicated I will get 20%
to 40% discount but there is no facilities available for that.
We are very disappoint with front desk booking service and support
from sales team also, we feel like taking this membership we got
trapped CV/CCIL and its very very HARD to get service from CV/CCIL.
Please try to make us transparent from CV/CCIL end so that we can ENJOY
CV/CCIL service and our vacation with CV/CCIL, it shouldn't like mental
harassment and punishment kind of STUFFS.
If CCIL/CV cant provide sevices than please return our money back.
