[Resolved] Coupondunia — Cash Shows pending since January - Also customer care never helps

Ticket Id 156628 have been raised to coupondounia after I found that cashbacks are not approved but still showing under the Overview page as Pending since January 2017 . On raising the complaint, the team rather taking the issue proactively and dealing with the merchant themselves is again asking me to submit a cashback issue (cashback pending) from my CouponDunia account for all the separate items one by one ( which are more than 10 ). The customer care never helps and want the end users only to take action.

I have attached screenshot earlier...why wasn't that refer to ? Is this a joke going on and how come it is marked Resolved without my consent..Reopen the complain with immediate effect.

Updated by JCAtConsumer Complaint How it is mark as Resolved? issues is not resolved...They have even block my Entry in their FB account and deleted all my complaints written to them at the FB Coupon Dounia account
