Coverism — t-shirt

I had ordered a t-shirt from coverism on 15th february, 2019. I had made a payment through paytm. I was assured that i would be handed the package once all the products are dispatched. Till date i haven't received any package. The website is also inaccessible and has shut down. I want a refund on the amount or the product delivered soon. It's better before i file a police case against them for fraud.
