I ordered a mobile cover Through them and made the payment online. I received the cover on 22nd April and it was defective. My order id is #1709341.I immediately called the company and informed them that the cover is defective. They asked me to make multiple videos of the cover along with images and send it to them to prove that the product is defective and I already sent all the details to them on 22nd April 2022 itself. Till now I have not received my money back .Whenever I call them they give me the same answer that due to technical issue in the data operating system, it has been delayed and I need to wait to receive the fund. They have stopped replying to my emails and they have even blocked my number now. It is a totally fraud company which only sends defective mobile covers and never refunds the money.
