CPPC — non-receipt of e-ppo

It is informed that i retired from the army on 21 nov 18.
My e-ppo[protected], suffix 0100, signed on 19 jan 18 by pcda allahabad was received by cppc bangalore in feb 18. The pension was commenced from mar 18 onwards and credited in my saving account [protected].
However, my new e-ppo[protected], suffix 0201 (Which includes the disability component), signed on 15 mar 18 by pcda allahabad has not been received till date at cppc bangalore. I have received my copy of both the ppos and am attaching them for your perusal please.
After interacting with pcda allahabad, i was informed that the new ppo with suffx 0201, had been sent to cppc hebbal bangalore on 28 mar 18.
Upon visiting the cppc bangalore office five times and finally interacting with mr ingale, dy manager; i have come to know that the they have not received the ibid ppo on 28 mar 18 or on any other date from cppc mumbai and therefore they are unable to process the case for inclusion of disability component.
I am therefore requesting the concerned authorities to trace the new ppo suffix 0201 at the earliest and send it to cppc bangalore at the earliest so that my complete pension can commence. Already three months have elapsed since the signing of new ppo and i am facing certain financial constraints.
