Now ASC Record South Bangalore vide their letter Number 7201/Part Case/Can/S-Pen dated 21 January 2021 addressed to office requested for issue of Non Payment Certificate. Despite repeated requests said certificate has not issued by your office. Kindly issue same immediately.
