[Resolved] Cr Aviation Academy — Is a fraud and scam company | |||||
Hi myself Hafizur bhatt, I went to the CR consultancy for the airport job, after taking the interview they told I can get the job but that would be through direct backdoor entry. I need to pay 80000, rupees for that, they told being a academy, they can place me, by telling airlines their student. I paid the 80000 rupees in two installments with in one month by borrowed from someone on interest. Then after one, two, three and six month also spended but I did not get the job. They candice oconor and Dilip Kumar singh the owner of CR Aviation academy totally refused to give the money as well as job. I lost my 80000 rupees and most expensive time 6 months, till now I have not got my money back, each time they said they will give but never gives. Till now I have posted around 6 letter in writing to CR Aviation academy and DIC and consumer court too. But all waiste. Please help me. I can give the prrof as I had in record. Their name ate, krishan, Karan, Sukhpal, Dale, candice are employees and Dilip Kumar singh is owner, CEO, director of CR Aviation academy. CR consultancy company is not registered any where in India. Still they are frauding with people. Along with me lot of candidates been caught in this trap. They are also do the complaints. Customer Care nos. Jul 30, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved CR Aviation Academy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 28, 2017 CR Aviation Academy Customer Care's response Hafizur Bhatt undertook Training at CR Aviation Academy and when we offered him many jobs he refused and did not go. He was offered many jobs but refused many of them because of his own personals issues like he does not want to go there, or he does not like the company or he wants more salary. We made it clear when he joined us, that we donot provide any job gurantee. He was also taken to consumer court and he lost the case because he was at fault. This complaint is invalid and wrong. We won the case and he realised his fault. Even after all that he has done to harm our company's reputation our company was kind enough to refund him 60% of his fees. Any information related to this case can be proved by our company. We have all recorded documents to support that we done only good for him. He was counselled by a senior judge of Mehrauli consumer court and he has understood and realised his mistake. | |||||
