Crazybee — Without my consent amount is rs 1204 disbursee twice stating that 2000 and 2000 loan amount issued and not provided loan agreement

Without my consent crazybee transferred amount which doesnt have sanction letter, no agreement.

And also Without my consent amount is rs 1204 disbursee twice stating that 2000 and 2000 loan amount issued( I.e total amount loan they telling 4000 but issued only 2408) and not provided loan agreement.

so I cant agree and please provide the solution.

And also I will ready to pay there transferred amount of 1204+1204 = 2408.

Kindly help this.
