Dear sir, As per our today discussion with Sbi Bank regarding my credit card payment deducted from my account . My Payment is deducted through CRED IN for rupees of 50581.25 rupees .. The entry in my statement of Credit card named of Dreamplug technologies Bangalore IN of 50581.25. Refrences no[protected] Authorised code -078805 Today your mail id received from google. Kindly please my amount refunded in to my sbi credit card. One fraudulent call come from IDFC first bank on 19/11/2021 at he tell me new credit card apply he send one link to me of idfc first bank when I click this automatically my amount 50581.25 deducted from my credit card.This amount is deducted at 3.40pm at 19/11/2021. This is fraduculent transaction done of 50581.25 at 3.40 pm. Was this information helpful? | |||

₹51, 000 was debited from my father's credit card on 24 nov without any knowledge. And the statement shows it was debited with the name of dreamplug technologies pvt ltd. Now what to do?

i too have a fraudulent transaction in my HDFC Credit card in the name of Dremplug technologies Bangalore for Rs 973/- on 06/02/2023 and I had noticed this issue on 13/02/2023 and filed a complaint
i too have a fraudulent transaction in my SBI Credit card in the name of Dremplug technologies Bangalore for Rs 1052./- on 06/02/2023 and I had noticed this issue on 15/02/2023 and filed a complaint not any apply and active so this amount debit my credit card
On 18.01.2023 an amount of Rs.45, 769.50 was taken from my HDFC credit card account and the payment was made to you (Dreamplug Technologies) by some unscrupulous persons. I understand that they had cunningly taken the details of my credit card and made the payment for their dues to you from my card. The payment from my card was done without my knowledge. This is unethical which resulted financial loss for me. One more payment of Rs.45, 769.50 was made on the same day to Dreamplug Paytech Solutions, which seems to be your group company, from my card unauthorizedly and the total loss to me is Rs.91, 539.00. Investigate and find out the culprits and refund my money.
I paid Tata Aia life insurance premium of Rs. 41718 through CRED using IDBI credit card on 3/3/2023. Rs. 42341 was debited from my card for the same transaction. The premium paid was 41718. I had to pay an extra Rs. 623. Why? Does Dreamplug charge extra for premium payment?

I too found similar transaction in my credit-card bill. I didn't found its source anywhere. It was not there in my mail also. I just had the reference of the transaction in my sms as many have reported here. It was not present in the CRED pay transactions or credit card bill payments in CRED app.
My friend suggested to check all the options under "transaction history" in CRED app.
Surprisingly, I found my transaction under "utility bill payments" section in "transaction history" in CRED app.
