[Resolved]  Cred — Two Wheeler Insurance Not Issued From Past One Month

ICICILombard Policy for two wheller brought from CRED. But durle to a glitch I am not able to update the KYC and the option to update the KYC till now not available in the app. From Oct 26 2023 sent multiple mail and all the required documents for KYC, till today Nov 22 2023 no reply and the policy not issues. When placing a call through app, the executive informs they ate from Credict Crad department and could not help me. Attaching all the mail communication and the insurance snapshot. It'd been a month and traveling to office without a bike have proved difficult. And Cred do not issues the policy nor refunds me. ICICILombard when connected says share a snapshot where it says paid to ICICILombard but my snapshot says paid to Dreams private limited. No information I have through which I can get the insurance from anyone. Attached below all the required snapshot of the incident.
