Hi, I Abhimanyu uppal s/o Mrs. Priya uppal, had applied for the educational loan with hdfc credila. I guess there is a problem with the cibil score and you guys need and requires some or the other documents, however, one of your employe i.e. Vimal Gupta, who sits in Jasola branch and his contact number is +[protected], doesn't have any idea that how to deal with a customer and was way too rude with me. I know it's there job to ask for the relevant documents, However, he is not lending me any sort of money from his pocket, ehich means he is no one, who can be rude with me. I'd request you to please take an appropriate action against him, as for me he's a face of HDFC credila and if this is what you provide to your customers, then I'm sorry, I won't be referring any of my friend or family member. Details if incident: I was asking a lot of questions regarding the process and everything and he was way too rude and was not providing me any sort if details and just hunged up on my while saying "AAPKA JAHA SE WARA KHATA AAP WAHA SE LELO" is this a way you interact with your customers?
