This email if for complaint regarding the promised loan amount not credited into my account till today. I have paid the necessary insurance and loan fees to hdfc credila and have also sent all the important documents. I am in touch with Ravi Kumar chippie who daily assures me that the amount will be credited by the next day and fails to meet the commitment. I have already reached the United Kingdom and my fees is still pending. I will not wait any longer for the loan and will directly go to the consumer court if the amount is not dispersed.
This is extremely crucial as I'm already out of the country and need the amount credited to my account at an urgent basis. The salee executive responsible for this is not picking my calls.
