Credila Financial Services — Loan not processed. Not refunding processing and insurance fee

Hi,
I had applied for an education loan A[protected]
Due to delay in processing the loan and getting all approval from the bank side, I was forced to make all payment myself. Therefore the loan had to be canceled, however I paid 5900 for the processing fee and 1800 for insurance amount.
It has been two months since I am following up with no heed to my request.
