[Resolved] Funkplay.net — Debit my account balance without permission/extend/purchase by me | |||
Dear Team, Greeting from Priye Rakshakar.... I join FunkPlay Trial Membership. but, i got a message from funkplay.net that they debited Rs. 1 on 9/1/13 and Rs. 1967 on 14/1/13 from my credit card. for what service they provided me i am unaware. i visited that site for song downloading for free and they asked my card no for rs 0 saying that its only trial no Rs. will be debited from my card. but they debited i want my funds back as i haven't taken any service from there. Pls find the attachment for trail membership details which is found through mail which is send by funkplay.net. So, Pls refund my money in my account. Priye Rakshakar, Mob-[protected]. Contact their Support Page here http://www.funkplay.net/support/en and tell them to refund. If they disagree call your credit card provider and say charge is not authorized by you and that you signed up for free trial but the company charged.
Mail to - [protected]@funkplay.net with receipt mail/thank you for registration mail with full complaint details then he is returning your amount within 7-10 days in your account. First of all, you find the confirmation mail for returning your amount.
