Dear Sir,
I applied for KCC for agriculture loan.My case was refered to EDB State Bank Of India branch Khag Budgam in sept.2012.I completed all bank formalities spending a good amount of money and timefor it,so as to complete my horticulture work.I borrowed from my friends,shopkeepers and mazdoors etc,but unfortunately bank refused due thier shrik work and beaurocratic attiude.Had they not led me to spend money and time to prepare my case I would have no gradje,but to decieve a poor peasant at the nick of time does not sute for an established bank.please acknowledge my compliant.
