I have Shubhyatra account ([protected]). Log in ID: EERAMA1984 I have raised a ticket[protected] for SBI on 03/Oct/2013. I was having 12500 points on 01/Oct/2013 and when i checked again on 03/Oct/2013 i was having only 105 points. I have not used any points for making transactions. I have send email so many times but there is no reply. So please look in to it ASAP.
