Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — amount debited from account but login not generated

Hi team,

I had tried paying for cibil login amount of 800 has been debited from my account but id not yet generated and its again asking me to do payment for it. Below is transaction details for reference.

A/c xx1317 linked to card xx1133 debited rs 800.00 on 13/09/2019 pos txn.. Avl bal is rs 1, 922.20. To report fraud & stop further debit sms suspect to 56161

Please get this recrified at earliest and refund my amount.
It will be good if i get a call from your customer support team.
