My CIBIl Score has not been updated it shows outstanding, inspite of giving evidence of closure of all loans, with statement from bank and cash paid receipts, CIBIL has not updated the records

I have submitted the records in 2017, now its 2033 and for 5 yrs they have not any thing

Hi Ravi, we have solved similar cases with regards to misupdated information . Since CIBIL gets around 1000 enquiries per day they do not respond back very early .The main thing is that we need to get a consent letter from the bank confirming its closed and give it to CIBIL .
