I have objections to CIBIL Score methodology, which permits credit card companies to build fraudulent bills against customers and then blackmail them through recovery companies.
Barclays Credit card has ruined by CIBIL Score in 2009, which continues to diminish month by month.
Seems CIBIL is not looking into regular payments of say 20 Lakh per year from my account. And CIBIL is focused on just one small amount of 4070/- charged falsely by Barclays, .
Barclays Bank Credit card wrongly charged repeated late fees on my credit card in 2009. Bank charged late fees repeatedly for collection delays made by them.
After clearing all dues including late fee Rs 250/-, I informed Bank in 2009 that I stop using the card.
However Bank sent Rs 250/- bill next month, which was nothing else but "Late Fees". After clearing this late fees once again, I informed Bank once more that I have stopped using the card.
However, Bank sent Rs 250/- bill next month as "delay charges" on payment of delay-charges only. I requested them to cancel the delay fees. However Bank refused to cancel the delay charges.
Bank continued sending me bills adding 250/- every month, till the total came was 4070/-, which I am determined not to pay.
Barclays have sold the credit card defaults to other agency for recovery, after intentionally building false charges against its customers. Was this information helpful? |
