Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Money deducted but not sent to jio payment bank

I GURJIT SINGH have axis Bank kiwi credit card and I pay rs 4000 on 16 September 2023 to jio Merchant. Credit card side Payment successful and money deducted but merchant end transaction has failed and no record.plz help in refund.
