Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Wrong apprised Cmr rank of our organisation

We have been conveyed by transunion Cibil Limited vide their mail dated[protected] that they had made correction in their records our CMR Rank was improved to CMR-4 and in this regard the report no W[protected] dated[protected] was also annexed.We have applied the loan for working capital to enhance our business with our parental bank i.e Punjab & Sind Bank. They had generated the report no W[protected] on[protected] and they astonished had to observed that due to glitches in the software of Transunion Cibil limited complete loan history of our organisation was erased.After that they again generated the report w[protected] on[protected] and they found that our CMR rank was reduced to CMR -6 . Due to one wrong entry pertains to canara bank which painted us in wrong colour . THe sufficent balance was lying in our account and banker had not deducted the installment which caused reducing to our CMR rank 4 to 6.It has also tarnished the image of the company in the eyes of the banker.We are the sufferer for the inaction the part of the banker.The correct cibil score matters lot as the banker are rating the customer based on the cmr rank. They also charging higher ROI and avoiding to sanction the loan.We are dire need of money for our project so we request you to ask Transunion Cibil Limited for correction of our CMR rank after taking up the matter with bankers.
