[Resolved]  Credit Sudhaar — CHEATING

Hi Friends, I have taken membership of creditsudhaar by paying 16000 Rs Platinum membership on Nov 16th. They have said they will talk to the banks and reduce the money what i need to pay to the banks. After paying 16k i have paid 550 rs for Siebel and taken the report and submitted to creditsudhaar. After seeing the Cibil report they said it is not possible to talk to them and reduce the amounts because your account is active. But before they never said they can only work on inactive accounts. so i have requested them to pay my money back since there is nothing they can do .In fact they have agreed their mistake I have raised this initially in the first week on taking the membership from them. Till now I have send them lot of emails . We will not get reply. If by chance we will get reply get this " we are working on this we understand your concern" any time same repy over the phone or by email. Beware of Prashant, Akilesh.. After 2 months They have called me and said there is no refund policy and they can not refund the money. This is very bad they purely chested me. So Friends Please dont pay creditsudhaar any money and enroll. They will definitely cheat. I dont know what can be done for these guys.
