I have applied for Home Loan in SBI and they confirmed that they got a comment from CRIF that "Similar trade-line found in commercial Bureau".

I applied for home loan YES BANK, Hyderabad in Nov 2017 and we got a home loan and started paying from Nov 2019 without any issue and now applied for a home loan(Balance Transfer) in SBI but we got above comments due to which my loan is hold.
We have been trying to reach CRIF through every channel, submitted 4 complaints, send 8 times mails to customer care, nodal and grievance and called customer care but no one responding or providing information.

Request you to please help me in getting my cir rectified. Please let me know if you require any evidence or documents, i have collected enough evidence in emails in the last six months with the email conversation from everyone involved in the complaint. My email id is the same linked with my pan number to trace my personal information.
