Crizal — Crizal SUV Lens developed glare issue within 5months

I have been using Crizal lenses for over 10 years now. My last pair developed first scratch in September 2021 after which it started developing more and more scratches no matter how carefully I use/ clean them. I always put the lens under running water to get rid of dust particles after which I clean them with Crizal lens cleaning cloth.
I finally bought a new pair of Crizal S-UV in November 2021 (even though my eye sight number has not changed). I was recommended by the shopkeeper to try Zeiss lens but I insisted on Crizal, having my trust in the brand I have used for these many years.
However, to my disappoint, my current pair developed glare issue two weeks ago. This causes a lot of discomfort when looking towards bright places/ driving. There are no visible scratches on the lens. I always rinse them under water and then clean the lens with Crizal cloth. There is ABSOLUTELY NO mishandling.
I wonder whether Crizal has started making sub standard coating now!

Update: I have shared the details and my invoice with Essilor. They are now checking with the Optician (I am in another town currently). Expecting Essilor to come back in another 4 working days after they check with Optician.
Will keep the status posted.

Final Update: My glasses were picked by company representative and the lenses were replaced. The lenses were bought in U.P, while I was in Pune when the complaint was raised, so it took bit of a time for the company to replace the lenses. The lenses were ordered from U.P., couriered to Pune where they were replaced and handed over to me.
Apart from the total turn around time for this, rest everything was satisfactory. The fact that Essilor does listen to their customers seriously and provide them satisfactory resolution is commendable. And this is the reason why I prefer Essilor lenses over other brands.
