I have ordered a crizal lens (color tinted). I want to know the genuineness of the product that i am using. Watermark or hologram is there on the lens but it doesn't answer the query because that watermark will be there on every range of crizal lens. Optician is unable to give any satisfactory solution for this query. Your customer care is not picking up the call. Please give the solution for this concern. I dont want to stop using this company’s products.

I have already mentioned in my previous complaint that optician is refusing to provide any authenticity card and invoice doesnt have any mention of crizal lens unique identifier. It is general invoice. Optician name is the swadesh mansarovar jaipur. Please provide a authenticity card with some unique id number, packaging material and reason why you guys didn’t provide it in the 1st place. Why do i have to reach out to you like this. I dont have free time to talk about this whole day. Please provide some solution. Otherwise i will stop using this company’s lens and recommend other people to not use either.
