Plz note i had purchased power eye glass on 14/2/16, as bill attached for your reference.

At the time of purchasing it was informed to me that this item is scratch proof, and i bought this costly glasses as it was scratch proof.
Now the glass is completely scratched, i had been to the shop from where i purchased this item, but they said u have to use box always and not to keep in the pocket, which is not at all possibe, as i use for computer work 12 hrs a day. If this is the case, i would have gone for local glasses, why would i pay 4500 rs.??
Also note: the shopkeeper is also not responding properly as im visiting his shop from 1 month.

Kindly replace me the glasses and do the needfull.
