Crocs India — I m complaining about slipper

Dear Customer support team,

I wish to raise my complaint regarding the poor quality of the crocs men literide shoe sneaker. Which I bought on 26/06/2023
Bill no: 25422 amount: Rs 5995 I have attached bill copy

I hardly used and I contacted the store which I bought from they told me we will put gum and fix it so I don’t want to put gum and all I need to replace it and give me new shoe as early as possible kindly do the needful.
