Crocs India — My crocs torn from behind within the purchase of 3 days

I bought a new pair of crocs from offline store at neelankarai, chennai. I wore it for 2 days and suddenly on the 3rd I noticed that it's torn near heel and as I'm a crocs lover, I love my footwears, so I was completely broken and shattered and I went to the shop to know how to connect with you but they literally had no clue.
