Crocs India — Refund not processed

I have been writing tons of emails and finally they picked up 2 products totaling Rs.6792. however they initiated a refund only for 1 product of Rs.3596.
Firstly, I have still not received the refund amount which was raised on 22nd Dec 2023 (should have been received in 2-3 days)
Secondly, no one is responding to tons of emails and calls to customer care number where no one has ever answered. I need a refund for the second product as well.
