Crocs India — Strap broke within 4 months of purchase

Hi,

I purchased crocs from a retail store and the strap of one has broken.

When I invest more than 4K on a footwear I expect it to be more durable. 3 months warranty is not sufficient for such expensive footwear.

The purchase date is[protected] and they broke on[protected].

I have the original purchase receipt.
