[Resolved] Croma — Burned rice in new rice cooker. croma product | |||
We bought a rice cooker from CROMA on 19 oct 2014. Its croma brand 1.2L rice cooker. The rice got burned at my first cook itself, we have given it for repair. After the repair, again the same problem continues. 2 time we have given it to customer service. Still they are repairing the same product. Still they are not replacing their product. I dont understand how the new one get into the repair section. what is the quality? please consider my issue and replace it. Was this information helpful? | |||

Still the product is in croma store as we dont want to collect the same damaged piece. It is in Ghod dod road(branch), Surat. With the confirmation mail or message to exchange the product, then only we will go and collect. Still dissatified with the service.

The problem is resolved. They took back and we got some other product for the same.
