I ordered this pedestal fan on 3-may-2016. Luckily i had saved screen shots of the order page. 1. Haven't received any confirmation till date in my e-mail 2. Spoke to customer care executives around 6 times. All of them assure service within the next 24 hours. Nothing till date. 3. Sent a bundle of emails to customer care. Got 2 replies saying the exact same as the above point. 4.
