[Resolved] Croma — Call not attended within warranty period | |||
I wish to complain about your led product Model-CREL7145 SR -CREL[protected]. I am complaining because since product recieved im trouble with disply issue. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted your customer care and registered complaint against the warranty about the same issue . Call no. MUM130914FS00104. but no one contacted yet. I believe that this response is unfair because my product was warrenty and company should attend this as per agreement. Now said product issue is out of control and nothing seems in LED screen and this is only becouse of your irresponsibility...! Im looking possitive reply on that within timeframe and If I do not hear from you within a day I will file complaints with the I may be contacted at the above address and phone number.
