Sub: complain no sr[protected] not resolved & closed every time Dear sir, I want to inform you that my croma washing-machine has working stop on last july month & i logged complain at your customer care, it's number is sr[protected] on date 30-july-2017, sur010817fs00225 on date 1-august-2017 & finally 12-august-2017 complain number sr[protected]. But no any complain is resolved by your customer care person, & closed complain without solve. This is reminder that your service center service is poor quality & not genuinely solved by your person. Next time we are not purchase any item of croma company. This item are under warranty period 2+2 years.
