[Resolved]  Croma — Croma 1.5T 3-star Air conditioner

We ordered a 1.5T 3star air conditioner (Croma brand) from Croma Ambattur branch in Chennai on 9 August. I received the air conditioner and was installed on 11th of August. But it stopped working after 2 mins due to a major manufacturing problem, so the technician applied for a replacement and we have been reaching out to the store for this problem, but it has been delayed a lot and now they want us to wait for 2 more days. I want an immediate solution from Croma and also compensate for the delay and in-comfort caused during this period. I am travelling daily to the store for the enquiry of this problem. It's been so stressful and our house has been a mess since the installation.
