I had booked a Refrigerator from Croma with making payment in full through Prepaid payment system, at the time of booking it was told that the product is available at Croma Store of Jalandhar, so I booked the product and on 03rd October 2022, I visited Croma Store of Jalandhar but the said product was not available in their store. On enqiry there was no one to attend the customer. One of the attendant said that wait in the lounge because the attendant Miss Neha has been taking lunch. After the wait of about half an hour, the said attendant came to me and introduced me to Neha and the concerned official of Croma i.e. Miss Neha told me that the said product is not available at our store so that will be booked online, for which I had already made entry online regarding booking of the product. I told her get the payment in cash from me and provide me receipt of payment. She told that the said product is available in Ahmedabad Store so it will be delivered by that Store at your home. She refused to take payment in cash. As she had not been receiving the payment and not providing cash receipt, I deposited the amount in my Saving bank account and made payment amounting to Rs 12, 240/- through my debit card on 3rd October 2022 vide transaction number 282564 at 15:43:43 and at 15:45 I received a message from from croma that Your Order[protected] of the Samsung 192 Litres 2 Star… has been successfully registered.
Nowthe drama of reputed company, a subsidiary of TATA started and received the message “Dear Customer your product E-SAMSUNG DS 192L RR19A241BGS with order no.[protected] has been confirmed and will be delivered on[protected] Regards, Team Croma. At 15: 45 P.M. it was intimated that item will be delivered. DELIVERY DATE: 9TH OCT.

Yesterday On 04.10.2022 message received from Blue Dart/ DHL : Delivery –Arriving Soon, Croma delivery date : 11th Oct---Track Order. ---Actual drama starts from this point. ---On tracking information got: Waybill No. [protected] Status in Transit Delivery information : Pickup date 04 Oct 2022 From Gandhinagar To Phagwara Status: In transit await delivery information. Expected date of delivery: 11 Oct 2022 Reference No.SLE004EC8792940_1.
The great drama starts on the tracking record of Blue Dart: From Gandhinagar 04 Oct 2022 Time 00:11to 05 Oct 2022 Time 03:28 the product has not moved even an inch 68 hours because Gandhinagar on 04 Oct 2022 and Aslali Warehouse on 05 Oct 2022 at 03:28 and since then no further movement. The movement shown online by Blue Dart is a fake entry because Gandhi Nagar is situated at Ahmedabad and from 68 hours there is no movement of the product because the company has not delivered the product to Blue Dart because it has not having in stock but fake transactions are being conducted without movement of product. What game these E-commerce companies play is that they don’t have products in their stock and make false promises and Croma that declare regarding shipping of the product through Blue dart has not delivered the product to Blue dart and so the expected date of delivery keep on changing and the fake entries regarding tracking is being depicted online. The Shipper’s instructions and movement of product is all false. Whenever you raise the concern with Croma it has stale reply that it is Blue dart who has to deliver the product and when it will be delivered depends upon luck because the product is not in the stock of the company and that has not been delivered to Blue dart that is why there is no movement of the product. The distance covered in delivery in 68 hours is 30 Kms. What a great idea to loot public. The question is that if the product had been delivered to Blue dart then the expected date of delivery would have not been changed and in 68 hours period the product would have not moved in papers only and remain in Ahmedabad. These E-commerce companies are making fool to people. At least Amazon is a better company with whom I have good experience and whatsoever Amazon promise the said company fulfill its promise and never extend the date of delivery. Croma the subsidiary of Tata has a very bad reputation . I suggest the friends don’t ever trust on Croma. Croma Care is highly unprofessional. They don’t have regard of customer. Friends don’t shop on Croma even if you get good discount. It is better to do shopping on Amazon or Flipkart. Because Crona will snatch your peace of mind.

The customer repeatedly approach Customer Vate executives, except false promises no action and information has been provided by croma. A very bad experience to deal with Croma has been noted down, no official of croma is sincere in discharging his duties and the call made is to close the complaint without providing solution to the problem.
