[Resolved] Croma — Croma gift card | |||||
We made a purchase at Croma, Marathahalli, Bangalore on 24.10.2015 for a amount of ₹59534.25. The invoice number. SLF02A[protected]. Wherein we also received a gift card for₹2500.00. We activated the gift card by sending the relevant SMS on 7.November.2015 based on a sims to activate the same.Later we received a confirmation SMS stating that the card has ₹2500.00 and the expiration date as 30.November.2015. On 28. November.2015 we went to the same shop, to redeem it by purchasing few items but was not able to redeem it. You know it is a hassle and waste of time . We returned without making any purchase. Later Croma mentioned to reactivate it at a later date. Did activate it during dec and got a sms from Croma that it has a value of 2500 however trying to purchase another item the gift card still did not work. The 2500 gift card influenced my decision to buy a laptop working out the cost. However felt cheated after this trouble. lodging complaint to help other customers Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Call was made end the person explained correctly on the card activation status. After it worked again another member verified if my issue was resolved. Appreciate the action taken by Croma but advise in future they be clear on these gift cards. Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
