[Resolved]  Croma — Croma split ac

I am writing this to you with sheer anger and utter disappointment which has been caused due to poor service from your company. Exactly a month ago i registered a complaint regarding fault in my split ac which i purchased 2 years ago.Initially, your so called technicians told that there was a gas leakage which they had repaired and the ac should work fine. It did for a couple of days but then again it went off and this repeated for 2-3 times.

Later on, it was learnt that the condenser has gone bad and needs to be replaced. It's been 3 weeks from that day and till now no resolution has been done. Even after repeatedly calling the technicians, no one has visited to change the condenser even though it is available. To top it off, your customer care executives have the audacity to tell me that today is the last date of resolution to this service and someone would surely visit in few hours. I didn't knew that croma's staff works till midnight!!

I would never had purchased your product at first if i knew the level of service you provide to your customers. I want this issue to be addressed immediately otherwise i would be forced to take other actions.

Please don't provide standard response. I have been suffering from past 1 and a half month and no one is bothered to respond to the problem. Please respond asap otherwise I will be forced to go to consumer court.
